Arzu and Cigdem bring distinct yet complementary paths into venture, Arzu with a background in corporate leadership, consulting, and leading operations and fundraising for tech startups; Cigdem with decades of experience across finance, retail, and media, as well as leadership roles in accelerators and fund management.
Together, they’ll share their journey into VC, what they've learned as female GPs, and how their diverse perspectives shape the way they source investments, assess opportunities, and support the founders they work with.

Co-Founder & COO at Bluedot, a fintech and mobility company redefining EV infrastructure. Selinay brings insight into scaling in a complex, male-dominated space and how working with women-led funds impacts the founder experience.
Kayla Lee
Co-Founder & COO at Trace, an AI-powered voice agent platform revolutionizing customer support in fintech and banking. With a background in NLP research at UC Berkeley and a track record of building surgical AI copilots, Kayla blends deep tech with grit automating critical CX functions like “replace my card” and “track my payment” to reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction.
